My washer had started making a loud grinding noise, then it stopped draining right. Not a small issue. I booked the visit pretty fast, and they showed up when they said they would, which honestly matters. The technician was professional, easy to talk to, and got right to it. He checked the washer, explained what was going on in plain English, and didn’t drag it out. Looked like a drain pump problem on my LG unit, plus a worn part that was adding to the noise. He handled the Washing Machine repair the same visit and tested everything before leaving. Now the machine runs normally again. No leaking, no awful sound, no standing water in the drum. Just works like it should. That’s really all I wanted. The price felt fair for the work, and the whole appointment was smooth start to finish. If you’re in Commerce City and looking for Washing Machine repair, Prairie Appliance Repair is worth calling. They were on time, respectful in the house, and knew what they were doing.
